Planning a home near Cameron Lake
Country properties vary a lot. Some are open fields, others are wooded or rolling, and a few have wet areas that need to be avoided. The grade decides where the house, the driveway and the septic bed go, so we look at the land before anything is drawn.
Permits come from the City of Kawartha Lakes. Most rural homes here use a drilled well and septic, and a long driveway needs to work for snowplows and delivery trucks as well as cars.
