Henley Contracting is a family-owned design and build company based in Oshawa. Since 1989 we have built custom homes, cottages, additions and renovations across Durham Region and Kawartha Lakes.

ABOUT HENLEY
A family business, built on experience
Henley Contracting was founded in 1989 and is still family-owned and operated. Today we are an engineer-led builder, led by Nick Henley, P.Eng. Since 1989 we have built homes, cottages, additions and renovations for families across Durham Region and the City of Kawartha Lakes.
As a family business, we know what a home means. We want the homes we build to be as good to live in as the memories that will be made there, and we work to earn that trust on every project: an excellent experience for our clients, quality craftsmanship, and relationships that last long after the project is finished.
Our team brings deep knowledge of development, municipal requirements and the building code, and extensive experience designing and building homes on the water.

The people behind the work

Michael Henley
Michael is an experienced general contractor with decades of hands-on experience building custom homes, additions and renovations across Durham Region and the City of Kawartha Lakes. He knows development, municipal requirements and the building code inside and out.
Nick Henley, P.Eng.
Nick leads project design, estimating, permits and approvals, and construction support. He is a licensed professional engineer with a B.Eng. from McMaster University and an MBA, and previously worked as a civil engineer on home building and land development projects in Durham Region.
