• The website gives general information about our services, our process and building in Ontario. It is not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice for your property.
• Building codes, zoning rules, permit requirements and costs change and vary by municipality and property. Confirm them for your own project before relying on them.
• We work to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete, error-free or up to date.

2. Images

Some images on the website are illustrations that show the kind of work we do. They are not photos of specific Henley projects unless a page says so.

3. Quotes, prices and contracts

• Nothing on the website is an offer, quote or estimate. Any price ranges, timelines or examples are general and for information only.
• Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to go ahead.
• Our work is governed only by a written proposal or contract signed by you and Henley.

• Please give accurate information when you contact us, and only send information you are entitled to share.
• Do not misuse the website: no spam, automated submissions, attempts to break its security, or anything unlawful.
• The client portal is for invited clients only. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used them.
