The Town of Whitby issues building permits and sets the zoning rules for rear yard depth and lot coverage. Homes that are designated or in a heritage area may need heritage approval for exterior changes. Lots near Lynde Creek or Pringle Creek can fall under CLOCA. We check all of this before design is set.

My project started before the pandemic. Work was about 30% complete and going well. The pandemic hit me a bit financially which stressed me out about the project. The Henley team helped reverse engineer and descope some of the project to suit my new affordability. They handled this with class and professionalism which im sure created extra work for them.
