Karen Henley

Nick Henley
As Project Manager for the Henley Contracting team, Nick's focus is on project design, estimating, obtaining permits/approvals, and assisting with the construction implementation. Nick is a licensed professional engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree. Nick's previous career as a Civil Engineer focused on project management for various Home Building and Land Development projects throughout the Durham Region. Nick's wide range of experience and skills provide him with an understanding of all aspects of the Henley Contracting and Henley Homes projects, which allows him to be actively involved in all facets of the business operation.
